Mr. Sarjukumar Pravin Simaria is a seasoned finance professional with over three decades of post-qualification experience, having served as Chief Financial Officer across diverse segments of the financial services sector. His extensive career spans leadership roles in regulated entities, including Banking, Insurance, NBFCs, and Asset Management (Mutual Funds). In addition, in his capacity at the helm of a holding company, he has overseen businesses in Broking, Wealth Management, Asset Reconstruction, and Investment Banking, reflecting his versatility across the BFSI landscape. Mr. Simaria is a Chartered Accountant (1992) and holds a degree in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, University of Mumbai.

Over the past 3.5 years, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Bank’s financial architecture and capital strategy. As Chief Financial Officer, he successfully steered the Bank through its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which witnessed significant investor participation with a subscription of over 100 times. More recently, he led the Bank’s ₹950 crore capital raise, further reinforcing the balance sheet and supporting its long-term growth trajectory.
