For Existing Customer
You can register yourself for Internet Banking through the below mentioned process:
Visit our website www.utkarsh.bank.in > Ways to Bank > Internet Banking > Login > Personal Banking > Login
Enter your “Username” and click on the “Go” button. It redirects to the password change screen.
Please use forget user id option in case you have forgot your user id.
You can change the password either by using the Customer ID, Account Number and DOB or Debit Card Number, Card PIN and Expiry Date
Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click on the “Submit” button
An OTP will be send to your registered mobile number. Enter OTP and click on the “Verify OTP” button
Enter your new password & confirm the password
Click on the “Submit” Button.
Password is successfully reset. Now you can login with the username & the updated password.
For New Customer
You can register yourself for Internet Banking through the below mentioned process:
Visit our website www.utkarsh.bank.in > Ways to Bank > Internet Banking > Login > Personal Banking > Register
On redirection, Click on “Self Registration”
You can do self-registration either by using the Customer ID, Account Number and DOB or Debit Card Number, Card PIN and Expiry Date.
Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click on the “Submit” button.
An OTP will trigger on registered mobile number. Enter OTP and click on the “Verify OTP” button.
Confirm the details in the next screen.
Set your username & password as per the policy highlighted below while generating. Then click on the “Submit” button.
Select three security questions of your choice and click on Next.
Enter your answer accordingly to the security questions selected.
Click on the “Submit” button.

1. Beneficiary Details: Certain beneficiaries from the previous Internet Banking platform may not be available on the new Internet Banking platform.
2. Historical Documents: TDS Certificates, Interest Certificates, Account Statements and transaction history may not be available on the new platform. Please contact your nearest branch for older records.
3. Sole Proprietor & HUF Customers: Sole proprietors and HUF customers will now access banking services through the new Retail Internet & Mobile Banking.
4. Login Format for Sole Proprietor & HUF: Sole Proprietor and HUF customers must log in using the format: ORGID_UserID.
