Create a strong, unique password for your Credit Card online transactions.
Always memorise your Personal Identification Number (PIN) and change it on a regular basis.
Set a limit on your domestic transaction channels (ECOM/POS//ATM) after receiving your Credit Card in order to transact.
In case of international transactions, enable international channels only when it is required or while you travel abroad.
Regularly review your Credit Card statements for any unauthorised transactions

Don'ts

To apply for Wish Utkarsh SFB Credit Card, you'll go through 4 key steps:
[1] Complete your KYC by submitting your PAN and Aadhaar details.
[2] Submit additional personal information.
[3] Create a deposit.
[4] Complete your video KYC: For this, you'll need your original physical PAN card, along with a pen and paper.
[5] The entire process should take 10-12 minutes, and your card will be ready to use afterward!
To apply for the Wish Utkarsh SFB Credit Card, please make sure you have the following items ready:
(1) your Aadhaar-linked mobile number, Aadhaar details, a pen, paper, and your original physical PAN Card.

The minimum deposit required is just Rs 2000/-. Please note that credit limit assignment and minimum deposit amount during Credit Card application or later on is at the sole discretion of the Bank and is subject to change without notice.

If you don't make the repayment of the card within the due date, then we may close your Credit Card and the outstanding on the card may settled by liquidating one or more of your deposits. The remaining amount will be refunded in your linked bank account. Any deposit which is not liquidated, will stay intact and can be withdrawn by you at any point.
You will have 15 days after your monthly statement generation to pay your bill amount. For instance, if your statement was generated on the 1st of the current month, you will need to make the payment by the 15th of the same month to avoid incurring any late payment fees or interest charges. Please refer to your cards home page for your most recent statement and payment due dates in Phonepe app.
You can conveniently repay your Credit Card bill through UPI using Phonepe app.
We currently do not offer this option for the repayment of your card bill
You can access the details of your repayments in the transaction history section of the card in Phonepe App
If we do not receive your payment before the payment due date following is the process:
(1) late payment charges as well as interest on your outstanding balance will be levied.
(2) your deposit may be liquidated to settle outstanding amount
(3) Please note that non-payment may be reported to credit bureaus, potentially impacting your credit score. It's important to ensure timely payment to avoid these consequences.

You can conveniently view your next statement generation date on your cards home page. All your generated statements are available in 'Manage' section of Phonepe app in Cards section.
You can decrease your credit limit by withdrawing your deposits. However, please note that you may not be able to withdraw your entire deposit if you have an outstanding bill amount on your card. Withdrawals can be made from the deposits tab in Phonepe app.
When you withdraw your existing deposits, your credit limit will decrease accordingly. Additionally, withdrawing deposits means foregoing the potential interest you were earning on those deposits.
[1] You can withdraw your deposit by navigating to the deposits page and selecting the specific deposit you wish to withdraw once the minimum lock-in period of 7 days is over.
[2] In case your outstanding on your Credit Card needs to be paid, please pay the requested amount
[3] Select the withdrawal account where you wish to receive your withdrawal amount
[4] Proceed with closure
[1] Please visit the deposit section in PhonePe app to view the the applicable interest rate on your deposit if you keep it for the entire year.
[2] If you withdraw your deposit before the maturity date, you will lose out on interest.
Your deposits are exclusively accessible for withdrawal by you. However, in the event of delayed repayment of your Credit Card bill, one or more of your deposits may be utilized to settle the outstanding bill.
Any remaining amount after the deduction will be refunded to your linked bank account. Your remaining deposits will remain unaffected by this process.
Credit utilization is calculated as the percentage of credit you have utilized out of the total available credit limit
As you have opted for a Credit Card secured against fixed deposits, any transactions above your available credit limit will be declined
You can access all your statements in the Manage section in PhonePe app.
We recommend double-checking these transactions against your SMS/email history. If you're certain you haven't initiated these transactions, you can raise a dispute for them in PhonePe app
Apologies! Currently, you can only make repayments of your Wish Utkarsh SFB Credit Card through the Phonepe app.
As long as you pay the total due amount before or on the due date, you won't incur any interest charges. However, please note that if you use your Credit Card to withdraw cash, interest will be billed at a rate of 3.0% per month.
Credit Limit means the limit up to which a cardholder is authorised to use the Card for a purchase transaction at an online/offline merchant establishment.
You can use your card to make transactions through various methods:
1. Online payments via OTP.
2. UPI payments by linking your card to UPI apps.
For users with physical cards, following modes are also available -
1. ATM withdrawals using your card PIN.

1. Insufficient credit limit
2. Any suspicious transactions identified as per Bank policy
3. Incorrect card details
4. Restricted merchant usage
5. Any temporary hold on your account
6. Overdue payments
7. It is possible merchant is not accepting Rupay Credit Cards for payments
If you detect any fraudulent activity on your card, it's crucial to take immediate action through the 'Block and Replace' feature accessible under card settings in the Manage section in PhonePe app.
Furthermore, if you wish to dispute a transaction that appears to be fraudulent, you can raise a dispute directly from the transaction details page in Phonepe app
If you suspect that your card or card details have been compromised, it's essential to take immediate action by utilizing the 'Block and Replace' feature located within the card settings under the Manage section in PhonePe app. This ensures the security of your account and prevents unauthorized use of your card.
Yes, you can certainly use your card for international travel. However, it's advisable to verify your card controls to ensure that international transactions are enabled. You can do this by visiting the International Transactions tab within your card controls. This ensures seamless use of your card abroad without any interruptions.
The additional charge on fuel transactions made with a Credit Card is commonly known as a "fuel surcharge" or "convenience fee." and is levied by merchant [fuel station] for such transactions
To set up UPI for your Wish Utkarsh SFB Credit Card, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the app and go to the Profile section [top left corner]
2. Select 'Manage Payments'
3. Click on 'Credit & Debit Cards' > Add 'RuPay Credit Card'
4. Select your card from the UPI Account list. If not added yet, tap on "Add a Payment Method" and choose "Utkarsh Small Finance Bank"
5. Enter the last 6 digits of your card and expiry date when prompted.
6. You'll receive an OTP on your registered number. Enter it to verify and set your UPI PIN.
"7. Once set, you can start using UPI with your Wish Utkarsh SFB Credit Card.
Note: If you've added the card earlier or are facing any issues, , we suggest removing the card and adding it again."
You can begin using your card by linking it to PhonePe UPI app, allowing you to make payments for UPI transactions effortlessly.
Certain categories of merchants may be restricted from accepting Credit Card payments due to regulations imposed by the issuing bank or the Reserve Bank of India [RBI]. Examples of such restricted merchant categories include digital account opening services, lending platforms, cash withdrawal at merchant locations, and cash withdrawal at ATMs.
We recommend double-checking these transactions against your SMS history. If you are certain that you haven't made these transactions, you can raise a dispute for them in PhonePe app.
If there is a disputed credit transaction on your Credit Card, you are not obligated to make a payment for the disputed amount while the matter is under investigation. You can refrain from paying the disputed amount until the dispute is resolved.
Once you have successfully raised a dispute, we will credit the disputed amount back to your account. You are not required to make a payment for the disputed amount until the dispute is resolved. However, please note that the disputed amount will be temporarily blocked from your available credit limit until the resolution of the dispute.
If your dispute is showing an 'in-dispute' status, it means that the matter is currently under investigation. During this time, you are not required to pay the disputed amount until the dispute is resolved.
If the dispute has been resolved in favor of the merchant, you are now required to make the complete payment, including any late fees and charges that are due from you. Please ensure to settle the outstanding amount to avoid any further consequences.
To withdraw your dispute, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Dispute Management option in the Manage section of your account.
2. Select the dispute you wish to withdraw from the list of disputes
3. Click on the withdraw button to proceed

If your card closure request is not being fulfilled despite having no outstanding balance on your account, please raise a customer support ticket. Our team will investigate the issue and get back to you within the next 7 working days to resolve it.
You can currently create a deposit of up to Rs 1,80,000
Yes, you have the option to withdraw your deposit after 7 days from creation, as there is a minimum required lock-in period. However, it's important to note that withdrawing your deposit will result in a decrease in your credit limit. If you withdraw your last deposit, we may close the card as well
You will continue to earn the applicable interest rate on your deposit if you keep it for the entire year. However, if you withdraw your deposit before the maturity date, you will lose out on some interest. To view the overall interest on your deposits, you can visit the deposits tab post card issuance.
Unfortunately, you'll need to create a deposit during the application process. Your existing deposits with Utkarsh SFB cannot be linked to your card at this time.
Your credit limit, linked to your deposit, is determined by your bureau score. With a great bureau score, you can receive up to 90% of your deposit amount as your credit limit. Furthermore, by consistently using your card and making timely payments, we may be able to offer you even higher limits in the future.
If you haven't used your card post 30 days of issuance, it will be de-activated by us. However, you get another 7 days to re-activate your card and start using it. If you have failed to re-activate your card, we will close the card as per Bank policy.
You can begin using your card by linking it to UPI, enabling you to make payments for UPI transactions. Additionally, you can utilize this card for both online merchant transactions
We are sorry to hear that you don't want to continue using your card. If there is anything we can help to change your mind, please reach out to us by raising a ticket. Please note, Iif you have any outstanding balance, you will need to clear the complete outstanding before closing the card. In the event, there is any excess balance in your account, we will refund the same to your account details available with us.
If you withdraw the last deposit linked to your account, you can not get your card back, as it will get closed and you won't be able to use your card.
Unfortunately, once you have initiated your account closure, you won't be able to continue with your card.

Yes, applying for this card may impact your credit score. As part of the application process, we will request your consent to pull your credit bureau. Please note, the bank submit records to the credit bureau and credit scores are based on the discretion of the Credit Information Corporations
To access your card and deposit amount information, follow these steps: Open the PhonePe app. Navigate to the Card" option in the menu bar at the top.
The additional charges are levied by the merchant bank. The rate of the surcharge can vary depending on the fuel station and the acquiring [merchant's] bank

You will need to have your original Pancard with you to complete your video kyc process. Currently we do not accept digital or non-original versions of your pancard for verification due to compliance.

Your VKYC is currently under review by our auditors to ensure everything is in order but rest assured, we will update the status to "Complete" as soon as the review is finished
If you choose not to or are unable to complete your video KYC within 3 working days, the VKYC will automatically expire at the end of the given period, and your application will be canceled. Once the VKYC expires, a refund for your payment will be automatically initiated. The refunded amount will be credited to your registered bank account within 3-5 working days.
If your transaction is unsuccessful or failed and the payment is debited from your account, rest assured that the refund process is already underway. The refunded amount will be credited back to your account within 3 to 5 working days.
Your withdrawal is generally credited to your bank account within 3 working days of the request.
Currently, we do not support the option of changing the mother's name in the card application once submitted.
We provide statement dates of 1st, 10th, 20th and 25th of ever month. Please follow the steps to update your statement date in PhonePe app.
If you have paid for a transaction using the Wish Utkarsh SFB Credit Card and the amount has been debited from your card, but the payment fails, you will receive a refund for the transaction. The refund typically takes 3 to 5 days to process.
If you withdraw the last FD or choose to close your card, we will be unable to reopen, re-issue, or reactivate the card. We appreciate your interest and will notify you if this option becomes available in the future. Thank you for your interest!
Post closure of your card, you can initiate withdrawal of your deposit from the app at any point, the funds will be credited to your bank account within 3 working days.
Currently, we accept only one application per PAN. Once your application details are submitted, you will not be able to edit them. Reapplying with different application details is not allowed at this time. We appreciate your interest and will notify you if this option becomes available in the future. If your payment has failed you can try re-initiating the payment to complete your transaction. If the amount has been debited from your bank account the refund is typically processed within 24 hours.
If you're facing technical issues while completing your KYC such as audio problems or the camera not working you can try completing your VKYC in a different browser. When re-initiating VKYC you will find a "Copy Link" option that allows you to paste the link into a different browser. This often helps resolve common technical issues.
Card activation generally occurs within a few hours of VKYC completion. This is because the bank needs to validate the user and final approval from an auditor is required. This process may take some time so please check again after a few hours.
If your card is closed reactivation is not supported. Reapplying for a new card is also not allowed.
You can view rewards or cashback in transaction history for each transaction.
If your payment has failed you can try reinitiating the payment to complete your transaction. If the amount has been debited from your bank account the refund is typically processed within 24 hours.
Unfortunately you must complete your VKYC before the expiry date and cannot schedule it for a later time due to bank regulations and compliance requirements. It is also important to have your original PAN to complete the VKYC process.
If you no longer wish to apply for the card you can abandon the account opening process. If you've made a payment and don't complete your VKYC within 3 working days, your amount will be refunded. Refunds typically take 3 - 5 working days to process from the expiry date.
If your card is closed reactivation is not supported. Reapplying for a new card is also not allowed. For help contact our support team.
Once you have submitted and confirmed the card details on the review page you will not be able to change the deposit amount during the application. However after the card is activated you can always increase your credit limit by linking additional deposits to your card.
You will not be able to change the name on your card. Your name is fetched from your PAN card. Please ensure that your PAN and Aadhaar have the same name as any mismatch could lead to the rejection of your application.
If your card is closed the deposit amount will be delinked and the credit limit will be retracted. However your FD will remain active and you can request a withdrawal at your convenience.
Monthly reporting is mandatory for all accounts as per bank policy to ensure compliance with regulations. Please note that credit scores are determined at the discretion of the Credit Information Corporations
The maturity tenure for your FD linked to the card is 1 year. After maturity the FD will be automatically renewed as per the reinvestment instruction. You can find complete information about your deposit in the deposit receipt available on the deposit details page.

If the refund amount is credited before Credit Card statement generation, the refund amount will automatically be adjusted with other debits, prior to calculation of the Total Amount Due.
If the refund amount is credited after Credit Card statement generation and Credit Card payment has not been made, the refund amount will be immediately adjusted against the ‘payment due' amount and the same will reflect in PhonePe app.
If the refund amount is credited after Credit Card statement generation and Credit Card payment has already been made, customer has option to raise a request for refund to source Bank account from PhonePe app. The option is available in the help-centre section of PhonePe app. Upon receipt of the request via PhonePe app, Bank will process refund to source Bank account within 3 working days from the date of request. In case there is no such request from the customer, Bank will automatically initiate refund to source Bank account within seven days of the Credit transaction.
Please note: In case of failure in the refund process due to source Bank account being dormant, closed or any other similar reasons, customer can submit alternate account details via PhonePe app. In such scenarios, refund can be extended beyond 3 working days from the date of request.
