You can download the U-One (by Utkarsh) Mobile Banking application of Utkarsh SFB from either Google play store or Apple App store. All you need to do is follow the below-mentioned process to download the App:
- Go to the Play Store and search for the U-One (by Utkarsh) Mobile application.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and Download the App.
- After successful download, open the app on your device.
Steps to Self-Registration:
For New Customer
Step 1: Complete the SIM binding process and necessary permissions process for new customer registration.
Step 2: Click on the “Self-Register” option. It navigates to the next screen.
Step 3: Select among three options Account Number, CIF or Debit Card as per your preference.
Step 4: : Enter the details according to the selected option, accept the “Terms & Condition” and click on the “Submit” button.
Step 5: - Enter the six-digit OTP received on your registered mobile number and click on the “Verify OTP” button.
Step 6: Click on “Confirm & Proceed” after verifying the details.
Step 7: Set your username & password as per the policy highlighted below while generating. Then Click on Submit Button.
Step 8: Select Three security question of your choice and Click on Next.
Step 9: Enter your answer accordingly to the security questions selected.
Step 10: Click on Submit Button.
For Existing Customer
Step 1: Complete the SIM binding process and necessary permissions process for new customer registration.
Step 2: Enter your “Username” and click on the “
” button. It redirects to the password change screen. Please use forget user id option in case you have forgot your user id.
Step 3: You can change the password either by using the Customer ID, Account Number and DOB or Debit Card Number, Card PIN and Expiry Date.
Step 4: : Please read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click on the “Submit” button.
Step 5: : An OTP will be send to your registered mobile number. Enter OTP and click on the “Verify OTP” button.
Step 6: Enter your new password & confirm the password.
Step 7: Click on the “Submit” Button.
Password is successfully reset. Now you can login with the username & the updated password.
Steps to Set MPIN:
Step 1: Login to your Mobile Banking. Click on “More” (Three Dots).
Step 2: Enter 4-digit MPIN. Confirm the 4-digit MPIN.
MPIN has been set successfully.
What is Sim Binding?
SIM binding is a security feature available on the U-One (by Utkarsh) Mobile app that allows customers to link their account only to a phone number registered with the Bank. During registration on the Mobile app, the user is asked to verify their SIM by sending SMS from their registered mobile number.
Why we need SIM Binding?
This allows access to the U-One (by Utkarsh) mobile banking application from a trusted device only and makes your app usage safe and secure.
Can I register multiple devices for Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Mobile Banking Application?
The U-One (by Utkarsh) Mobile Banking application will work only on those devices which have SIM/E-SIM of mobile number registered with the Bank.
In what cases do U-One (by Utkarsh) Mobile Banking application ask for SIM Binding?
- First time registration
- Device changed
- Sim is swapped
- SIM number is changed, Mobile Number is updated
What are the basics of the SIM binding process as a user I must ensure?
- Your mobile data/WIFI is turned on
- Make sure that Registered Mobile Number is active and has SMS balance
- Ensure the correct SIM number is selected before sending SMS
- Airplane mode is turned off
- You have at least one bar of signal
In case my mobile phone is lost and I no longer have access to my registered mobile number with Utkarsh SFBL, what should I do?
If your mobile phone is lost and you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, immediately contact your telecom service provider and block the SIM card to prevent unauthorized use. Once a replacement SIM is issued, insert it into your mobile handset and complete the registration process to continue using the Bank's services securely.
Is it possible to have SIM binding if the device is having Dual SIM?
Yes. If the device is having Dual SIM, appropriate SIM is to be selected for sending an SMS for SIM Binding process

Protect your phone with a password or fingerprint that is difficult to crack.
Register for SMS alerts to keep track of your banking transactions.
Delete junk and chain messages regularly.
Do not follow any URL in messages that you are not sure about. There may be a chance of getting hacked.
Install an effective mobile anti-malware/anti-virus software on your smartphone and keep it updated.
Maximise the security features by enabling encryption, remote wipe and location tracking on your device.
Turn off wireless device services such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS when they are not in used.

2. Clear cache and temporary files stored in the memory, as they may contain your account numbers and other sensitive information.
3. Block your Mobile Banking application by contacting your Bank. You can unblock them when you get the mobile back.
Don'ts
Do not save confidential information such as your Debit/Credit Card numbers, CVV numbers, or PINs on your mobile phone.
Do not enable autofill or save user IDs and passwords for Mobile Banking.
Avoid using unsecured Wi-Fi, public, or shared networks.

1. Device Compatibility: The Mobile Banking Application is supported on Android 9.0+ and iOS 15.0+ versions of the mobile phones.
2. Beneficiary Details: Certain beneficiaries from previous Internet Banking platform may not be available on the new Internet Banking platform.
3. Historical Documents: TDS Certificates, Interest Certificates, Account Statements and transaction history may not be available on the new platform. Please contact your nearest branch for older records.
4. Sole Proprietor & HUF Customers: Sole Proprietors and HUF customers will now access banking services through the new Retail Internet & Mobile Banking.
5. Login Format for Sole Proprietor & HUF: Sole Proprietors and HUF customers must log in using the format: ORGID_UserID.
