(1) Promotional Period:

(i) Theory Physical Stores (as defined below): 1 November, 2025 to 31 January, 2026 (both days inclusive).

(ii) Theory Online Store: 1 November, 2025 to 31 January, 2026 (both days inclusive).

(2) Eligibility:

Mastercard cardholders (collectively the “Eligible Customers”).

(3) Designated Store in respect of this Promotion:

(i) Theory Online Store at hk.theory.com, tw.theory.com, sg.theory.com, au.theory.com; and

(ii) Theory Stores at Pacific Place, ifc mall, Lee Garden Two, Harbour City, New Town Plaza, Cityplaza (collectively “Theory Physical Stores”, together with Theory Online Store, the “Theory Stores”).

(4) How to enjoy this Promotion:

During the relevant Promotional Period(s), Eligible Customers can enjoy a 10% discount on regular-priced items at Theory Stores (the “Discount”) by fully settling all spending in respect of the relevant transaction by Mastercard.

To enjoy the Discount for purchases made at Theory Online Store, Eligible Customers must enter the promotional code “theorymaster” provided to Eligible Customers at checkout.

(5) General Terms and Conditions

(1) The Discount does not apply to Bundles and permanent/core items.

(2) Save and except shopping mall coupons (where applicable) and designated gift offers designated by Theory from time to time, the promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional offers and coupons (including but not limited to Theory VIP discounts/Theory VIP Birthday discounts, shopping mall loyalty program discounts (where applicable), other Credit Card Year-Round Discount and Theory CRM Coupons).

(3) The promotion cannot be transferred nor exchanged for cash or any other gifts or coupons.

(4) No exchange or return would be provided for products purchased with the promotion under this promotion.

(5) This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with Theory staff discount.

(6) Theory reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions without prior notice.

(7) Theory reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

(8) The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is for reference only. In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
